1. Get your quote and purchase order
We send a line-item quote that helps you find Gradebook in the DOE eCatalog (or Shop DOE) and generate your PO. This typically takes 24 to 48 hours.

2. Submit your ERMA request
Your school submits the ERMA request, and we guide you through it. The DOE typically takes about 24 to 48 hours to release your school’s data to PRACTICE through Clever.

3. Answer a few setup questions
We email questions about your gradebook settings and grading preferences. Most administrators finish in about 30 to 45 minutes.

4. Your rosters come in through Clever
Once approved, class, student, teacher and administrator data flow in from STARS through Clever. We help with anything extra, like parent contacts from RCON reports, student photos from CAASS or historical attendance.

5. Train your staff
Training is virtual and interactive. Teachers use their own devices and log into the live system, and we guide them through connecting Google Classroom and setting up their gradebooks. It can be scheduled as early as 4 days to 1 to 2 weeks after agreement, depending on how quickly the DOE processes your request.

Implementation and training support is unlimited and ongoing. After launch, our team stays available to answer questions, provide additional training and help your staff keep using Gradebook with confidence. We check in with you along the way and stay in close communication, so you’re never left to figure it out alone.
